sephora makeup haul

I know it wasn't too long ago that I did a Sephora haul on my blog but I went back to France and while I was there I couldn't resist going and getting some makeup bits. Every time I go to Sephora I like to get one treat for myself that's a bit more expensive and I usually go in with a few ideas of what I want and then I'll just grab some other things that I like the look of on the day.
Sephora is literally makeup heaven, as a beauty blogger I can think of nothing better than spending hours in makeup paradise swatching everything I lay my eyes on. One of the best things about moving to France in September is knowing I have a Sephora right on my doorstep, despite the fact that I will probably not have enough money to go on frequent makeup splurges - but I digress.

too faced natural eyes palette

The aforementioned 'treat' purchase of this trip is the Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette. I have been wanting a new high end eyeshadow palette for a while now and I have mainly going between the Urban Decay and Too Faced palettes and once I got into the shop I was immediately drawn to Too
Faced. I was looking at their larger palettes, I'm talking the Chocolate Bar and Peach ones. But I didn't like every colour in them and knew that in every palette there were shades I just wouldn't get any use out of. So I opted for the smaller Natural Eyes Palette, this was €35 compared to the larger palettes being €45 so I guess you get more shadows for your money in the larger palettes but I thought the smaller one was perfect. I will use every single colour in this palette, honestly if I was to make my own eyeshadow palette this would pretty much be the exact shades I would choose. The shadows are pigmented and easy to blend, this definitely won't be my last Too Faced palette

I was thinking about picking up the Makeup For Ever HD Concealer but after having my mind set on the eyeshadow palette I didn't want to get another expensive product. Also I have never tried any of the Sephora own brand makeup so I picked up their High Coverage Concealer in the shade 13 Porcelain. I would liken the consistency of this as an in between of the Naked Concealer and Radiant Creamy Concealer. I wouldn't say this is super high coverage but it does do a good job of covering up my dark circles.

Then in the skincare department I started by picking up another Pearl Sheet Mask as I absolutely loved it when I picked it up a few months ago. It made my skin so bright and plump - the perfect pick me up for my dull skin. And then come the impulse purchases - both of these I saw in the aisle of doom on my last trip and regretted not getting them so I made sure not to forget them this time. I picked up this Peter Thomas Roth Mask Trio which I really regretted not getting sooner. I have heard so many good things about the masks from the brand and in this trio you get the Pumpkin Enzyme Mask which is an exfoliator and skin resurfacer. The Rose Stem Cell Mask that helps to reduce fine lines, brighten and hydrate the skin. And finally the Cucumber Gel Mask which cools and soothes irritated skin. My final purchase was the Tony Moly Snail Hydro Gel Sheet Mask. I have never used anything that has snail in it before but I have heard good things, it's supposed to make your skin bright, bouncy and full of moisture. You should have seen my boyfriend's face when I told him I got this, the price of beauty eh?
