In Shower Essentials

January 13, 2016
I feel like something that is hardly ever featured on my blog is shower products, I stick to pretty basic things. You won't be seeing me spend lots of money on a body wash, I stick mainly to The Body Shop and Soap and Glory, it would take a lot for me to part with any more money than that. So I have a few of my in-shower favourites that are all totally budget friendly but I couldn't live without.

My favourite shampoo of the moment is the L'Oreal Elvive Fibrology Thickening Shampoo. If you have thin hair like me you will love this shampoo. This shampoo gives some life to my limp hair and I definitely notice a difference when I use it, my hair feels noticeably thicker which also makes styling it a dream as it's not as lifeless as it normally feels. I haven't tried the conditioner from the range yet but I will definitely pick it up when I'm out of my current one.

For body washes I love the Soap and Glory ones, they just smell so good! My favourite one of right now is Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash . I really love the citrus-y scent of this, it really wakes you up in the morning. A product that I'm a bit late on the bandwagon with is the Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser , This has been out for ages and I've heard people talk about this but it never really appealed to me. I am very lazy when it comes to moisturising my skin, I rarely ever do it! But now I have this I've been getting into the habit of using it every day while in the shower and it leaves my skin feeling so smooth. Definitely the best shower product for lazy girls.

I always like to wash my face when i'm in the shower, and I've been using the same face wash for such a long time, the Simple Spotless Skin Triple Action Face Wash. I've always loved the simple skincare products but this face wash is my favourite. It exfoliates your skin pretty gently as well which I like as i'm not that into exfoliating and never really do it on a regular basis. It really has kept my skin clear and definitely a must have in my skincare routine. I just find that it's easiest to use this in the shower.
